If a parent/guardian or student encounters any issues with the school or a specific staff member, we encourage you to contact us through email or by scheduling an appointment. Effective communication is crucial in addressing concerns, and we are committed to resolving challenges smoothly and on time. To ensure a streamlined process, we kindly ask that all parents follow the protocols outlined below:
If you have an issue with a teacher: We recommend initiating communication with the teacher directly to discuss and resolve the matter. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, please email the Assistant Principal (refer to the “School Communication” section above for contact information).
If you have an issue with a non-teacher staff member or the Assistant Principal: Please email the school Principal at artur@naepartners.org to address your concerns.
If you have an issue with the Principal: In such cases, we request that you email Ms. Jazmin Burgos – NAEP’s Executive Director of Charter Operations, at jburgos@naepartners.org.
